Welcome to VedaCortex™
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You") and VedaCortex™ ("Company," "We," "Us"), governing your access to and use of the website VedaCortex.in and the purchase of AI-generated astrological reports ("Service").
By accessing our website or purchasing a Report, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1. Nature of the Service
VedaCortex™ provides an automated platform that generates Vedic astrology reports ("Reports") using proprietary algorithms and artificial intelligence models ("AI-Acharya").
- No Human Intervention: You acknowledge that the Reports are generated entirely by computer software without human review or intervention.
- Subjective Nature: Astrology is an interpretive art based on ancient texts. Interpretations may vary, and the Service is provided for spiritual guidance and entertainment purposes only.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- 2.1 Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
- 2.2 Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate birth data (Date, Time, and Location). We are not liable for any Report inaccuracies resulting from incorrect input data provided by you.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Company Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the VedaCortex.in platform—including proprietary algorithms, software code, the "VedaCortex" trademark, logos, and the "Royal Heritage" visual design—are the exclusive property of VedaCortex™.
3.2 User Data License: You retain ownership of the birth details you provide ("Input"). By submitting Input, you grant VedaCortex™ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process such data strictly for the purpose of generating your Report.
3.3 Authorship of AI Reports: Pursuant to Section 2(d)(vi) of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, regarding computer-generated works, VedaCortex™ is the legal author and owner of the copyright in the generated Reports ("Output").
3.4 User License: Upon successful payment, VedaCortex™ grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to download, view, and print the Report for non-commercial use.
3.5 Prohibited Uses: You may not:
- Resell, lease, or sublicense the Report.
- Use the Report or the Service to train other artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
4. Disclaimers and No Professional Advice
4.1 Entertainment & Spiritual Use: The Reports are provided solely for spiritual awareness and entertainment. VedaCortex™ makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or predictive capability of the astrological interpretations.
4.2 Not Professional Advice: The Service does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not use these Reports to make high-stakes life decisions.

- Financial: For investment decisions, consult a SEBI-registered financial advisor.
4.3 No Guarantee of Results: VedaCortex™ does not guarantee that the events predicted in the Reports will occur. You agree that you are the master of your own destiny and VedaCortex™ is not responsible for your life choices.
5. Payments and Refunds
5.1 Pricing: Prices for Reports are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of checkout.
5.2 Finality of Sale: Due to the personalized and digital nature of the Reports, all sales are final and non-refundable.
5.3 Exception for Technical Failure: In the event of a technical error where payment is deducted but no Report is generated, you must contact grievance@vedacortex.in within seven (7) days. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VedaCortex™, its founders, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
- Your access to or use of the Service;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your reliance on any prediction or advice contained in the Reports.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- Indirect Damages: VedaCortex™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- Liability Cap: In no event shall the total liability of VedaCortex™ for any claim exceed the amount you paid for the specific Report giving rise to such claim.
8. Force Majeure
VedaCortex™ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, internet service provider failures, denial of service attacks, failure of third-party APIs (e.g., Gemini API, payment gateways), or government restrictions.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
9.2 Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by VedaCortex™ in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka.
9.3 Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under these Terms.
10. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the name and contact details of the Grievance Officer are provided below. 11. Complaint Handling Process
Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge the receipt of any consumer complaint within 48 hours. You will receive a unique Ticket Number to track the status of your complaint.
Resolution: VedaCortex™ shall endeavor to redress or resolve the complaint within one month from the date of receipt.
Data Requests: Requests for data deletion or correction under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) should also be directed to the Grievance Officer and will be processed within the statutory timelines (typically 7–30 days).
